Can pussies be rebuilt to the original factory standard?

Is there a way of determining what the color of something is from an old
black+white photo?

I have a digital camera that can take movies and create .MOV files.  Is
there a Windows utility or some other freeware app that can "crop" the
movie - i.e. cut off the movie at a certain point (I want to cut the last
