low light video capture performace08 Feb 2005 02:50 GMT1
I have been using a 3.2 MP still and a 640x480 mini dv camcorder (with
no firewire out!) for the past 5 years or so.  I'd like to upgrade to a
high quality still camera with 640x480 30fps capability, so I can get

lens boxes?
How much is good enough?07 Feb 2005 23:20 GMT16
Looks like mega pixel war is on, everyone making cameras with more and
more pixel rating. What is considered minimum mega pixel rating

better"? I have a hand-me-down Powershot G3 and am learning on it.
Digital Black and White...07 Feb 2005 22:08 GMT7

digital cameras (have two now), but mostly snapshooting with them.
When I used film, I always enjoyed black and white photography. I used to
develop and print when I could.
