I just bought a Pentax Optio 30 for Mama.
I bought a new Sandisk 128 MB SD card to go with it.
I formatted the card in the camera and commenced to take a few test
shots. They all were normal and could all be reviewed in the camera.

I have a Panasonic Lumix FZ15.  It generally does a great job of
auto-focusing, but sometimes I need to use manual focus.  I find that at
least half of my manually-focused pictures are not sharp, even though
the focus looks right on in the viewfinder using the focus-assist

OK, I"ve got 4 cheap microdrives...  The sensitive, unreliable, prone to failure
microdrives...  That have worked perfectly for 60,000 images.....
And, I've got one of the awesome, never have a problem, reliable, damn near
perfect Lexar 1G cf cards.  Which of course cost better than ...

I've just converted some Canon raw CR2s to tiffs with EOS Viewer Utility
and have them looking great on the monitor. In particular, I have a
flash shot of two people, and there is some fluorescent light showing
far in the background. Skin tones are perfect in the tiff. The

If a detailed comparision of all the features is done, it would be of great
help to me. This is my first purchase of a digital camera.
