I need to get anywere from 4 - 8 digital cameras that can take pictures at 1600 x 1200 resolution. These cameras will need to be able to respond off of the same remote so I can have the cameras take the pictures at the exact same time.

I have a D100 and am using a 1gig CF card. I find that I rarely even come close to using its capacity. I am wondering if I am giving anything up like speed and should switch to standard CF memory card.

I wonder if there is a software out there that might mimic the reverse of "lossy" compression, ie resolve to a greater pixel resolution with a "fuzzy" logic? It seems it would be possible for software to guess at filling in pixels to a greater resolution.
