KEH refunds: how long should it take?

I returned an item to KEH well within the 14 day no-hassle return and still
havent seen any of my money restored to my account even after a full month
since the return. Two calls to them met with a "oh, it just went out today,
it should be in your account tomorrow-day after." and still no money.
Anybody has similar expereiences? i have had excellent dealings with them to
not question their integrity, but waiting more than a month for a refund is
not a very pleasant experience.
