1) one of my pet peeves is sites which require you to 'enter' in order to
get there. Why do you think I've gone there in the first place? Just one
more chance to loose viewers.

2) it does not even come close to validating - see 'html validator' at
www.w3c.org. This may not be a big issue for you, but it's quite important
if you expect viewers with low powered hand-held devices.
