I haven't seen any strobe doesn't use AC yet so the chance to run into one
doesn't is pretty slim to none. I don't own any battery pack for strobe but
I am guessing it has some AC connectors for you to plug the strobe(s).
IOW, the chance that the battery pack has to design to work with strobe,
not strobe designed to work with battery pack. And I would do more research
on some specific strobe's and battery pack's.

Most supports umbrella, and if it supports umbrella then should be same
for softbox. Some doesn't have built-in umbrella supported (1 out of my 4
doesn't have umbrella supported) so you may have to add the support to the
stand (I don't need it to know much about it)

Well, you may want to check with different web site's (or google for more
info) see if you can find more information about the connector. If it
doesn't mention anything about special requirement then the chance that it
just use standard AC connector.

I have 4 strobes, but now I mostly use 3 flashes for both indoor and
outdoor (usually use one for flash fill). Also, I don't see you mention
about Lighting Metter which is a handy tool for strobe user (to me it's the
must have).

I used to use a Norman 200B for location work, then switched to my
Photogenic Flashmasters when AC power was available.
