I have version 4 of paint shop pro from JASC INC.

I can't seem to get to JASC home page.

I can find a product called

paint shop pro XI

from Corel.

Is this the same product? Has Corel purchased JASC or are they two
different products?

Corel has changed the layout and added some easily used
functions to make the program attractive to a larger market,
but all the other functions are in it. You can download the
latest version for a free trial at Corel.com, and decide for
yourself. It was already very much changed from PSP4 by
JASC. And you can sign up there for newsgroups on the
various versions of PSP, which is where the regulars have gone.

Corel consumed JASC in 2004 - PSP 9.01 was the last JASC version, and
also the last to run on Windows 98. For some reason Corel released a
version 10 and a version X - I guess the X version was Corelized.
