I was logged into my yahoo messenger and then i was logged out, with a
note that said i had logged into a differnet computer, which i did
not.  I cant log into my yahoo account.  I checked the email i used to
sign up for yahoo and there was a note that said my password had
changhed, but i had not changed it.

I worried that my account has been comprised.  what can i do?
