Cleaning Old Camera

I recently inherited an old Miranda Sensorex camera from my wife's
grandfather.  I do not claim to be any type of professional when it
comes to photography or anything, but I've done a few things already
(attempting to clean, etc).  The camera is about 40 years old but is in
great shape, I ran a roll of film through it today and the pictures
actually came out really well.  I did notice a few spots here and there
on the pictures that looked to be white.  I can see specks of black
when I'm looking through to take a picture, but can't seem to find
where these specks are.  Any suggestions for cleaning this camera?  Any
tips in general for use with this camera?  I don't intend to use it
that much.  I want to keep playing with it to see the quality of
pictures that it takes, but so far it looks great.  Any info would be
greatly appreciated!

If they are streaks of white, then the curtain may have a few pinhole in it.
Take the lens off, open the back and hold the camera up to a light.
You might be able to see tiny spots of light comming through the shutter
curtain.
If you can't, wind the camera on while still holding it up and there may
be pinholes in that part of the shutter curtain.

Those are just bits of dirt in the viewfinder, perhaps on the focusing
screen.
Slide the lock button and lift it off and give it a wipe with a soft
lint-free cloth.
