Can anyone tell me the difference between the Canon Selphy 710 & the new
Selphy 720 .  The new model appears to be significantly less expensive, but
has it replaced the older 710 ?

Thanks

Peter

I don't know the model numbers. Some Selphy's are ink jet printers and
some are like the Canon C220, and are dye sublimation printers. If it
comes with a pack of either 36 or 108 4x6 paper with an ink cartridge
to handle it, it is the dye sublimation Selphy. I have the Canon C220
and love it. Prints are slightly pricy but fairly quick and are truly
waterproof. In fact, the 4x6 is on postcard stock with postcard
imprinting on the back. You can also get the wallet size cartridge and
paper for it as well as the overlong Christmas card stock.
