After a few years using digital cameras I want to go back to film.
I love the look of these pictures, low contrast and saturation:

Looking at the format it looks like medium format colour neg, probably Kodak
Vericolor 3 which has been replaced by Portra. Of course I could be wrong.

I bought a couple of portra 160nc films, I'll experiment in the next few
days

Does kodak disposables give you such beautiful colors?
Why the squared format then?

If you like the look of those photos, use a real simple camera. Jessie
is right, maybe a disposable. Definately don't use a medium format.
You should really have both hands on the wheel when you're driving.
Fumbling with the camera as you're driving isn't optimal, even if no
one else is on the road.

I think they were on 6x6.

Well maybe. I've seen car-mounts and window mounts. I particularly
like the effect at the top of the windshield on the first one. And
someone did a great job cleaning off the bugs, first.
