I would like to know how to change a PSD file to a JPEG file.

I know Photoshop Elements 3 can do this, I would think a fair number of
other programs could as well.

Change the mode from 16 to 8 bit (if necessary) and go to File > Save
As Jpeg.

You can choose the quality level.  Do not save over a jpeg again or it
will deteriorate.  Keep the original PSD.

if you have Photoshop
just opt for  "save as"

if you do not have photoshop just google for  irfanview
it's a *free* image editor...

just open the .psd and "save as" .jpg
