published coffeetable book?

Has anyone in the group successfully published a "coffeetable book" of
photos?

I am toying with an idea for a book on a rare horse, photos and text,
but mostly photos. Is it best to seek out a publisher before creating
the book? Any other advice?

Try Lulu.com - the only problem is you have to do your own publicity
