I took lots of photos (d70) with a electric blue background that I purchased
at a photo shop, what program should I use to replace that blue background
with other background (i.e. skyview, ocean, etc). and what options or what's
the technique called to do that on the software you recommend.

Thanks

"The GIMP" springs to mind <http://www.gimp.org/>.  It's free  :))  and
comes with extensive 'Help'.
