Sour grapes? I hear this crap all the time.
Typical ignorance about Leica. You have no idea what you're talking
about.
Leica lenses are superbly constructed using the highest quality
materials, and they hold up to decades of use. Some of my lenses are
pushing 30 years old, and my camera is 30 years old. Canon and Nikon
stuff will not last that long. The centering of the lens elements is
perfect in Leica optics, and it stays that way.
There IS a difference, and it IS substantial, and it IS worth the
difference in cost.

First off, who in the world are you talking to in this post?
Second, if Leica can do no wrong, in your view, and if all digital
cameras are crap, also in your view, how do you feel about Leica making
a digital camrea? And how will you feel when Leica make nothing but
digital cameras, if they last that long?
