"Bisogna essere duri senza mai perdere la tenerezza" - Ernesto Che Guevara

chrlz@go.com - 29 Jan 2005 11:33 GMT
Very nice work...but....  (O;

1. A bit too much contrast, IMO - would like to see just a little
detail in that black dress - esp. shot nos 2,3,5,7.  But see note at
end..

2. Poses in some shots look just a little awkward - eg her left ankle
in 1., her left shoulder in 5.

3. I like the use of white space, but I think you need either less, or
more, of her backside in 2.  And the lack of detail in the black dress
makes that area of her look just a bit odd..

4. Lighting is very good, but maybe pay a little more attention to the
slanting grey patches on the floor extending to the left of 5. and 7.

My comment about the contrast may be a little harsh, as by tweaking the
images a little, there *is* detail hidden away in that black dress!
But I think my monitor is adjusted fairly well for Gamma - the
information is mostly down in the 2s and 3s, out of 255 brightness
levels - and that's invisible on most screens..  be interested to hear
other's opinions.

Overall, I would be happy if all my portraiture was at that level or
above.. Well done!

Thank you for visit and for your analisys. The monitor is calibrated with
Colorvision and it's ok when I print.
