I've shot a video clip that I want to send by e-mail - it's just over 1
minute long in 640x480 at 30fps, but its currently 80 MB, so massively too
big to e-mail at the moment. What program can I use to cut it and compress
it down to a size suitable for e-mailing? A function to watermark it would
be a bonus. I don't mind paying for software, but if anyone knows anything
that would do the job for free, that would be great.

The camera uses M-JPEG comnpression with WAVE audio - converting it to
DivX should reduce the file size considerably, even more if you can
downsample or remove the soundtrack.  Download DivX converter from
http://www.divx.com (15 day free trial).
