Is anyone using the Pentax *ist D?
If so, what do you think about it?
Especially, what's the shutter lag?
(I did a Google search for +"Pentax *ist D" +"Shutter lag" without success.
It's either that or nothing at present, so don't tell me how great the Canon
10D is.
I *know*, but I've got a bagful of Pentax-fit lenses, and I certainly couldn't
justify changing all that, plus a second body etc.

According to the review in Photography magazine it's very fast with little
lag, and quite suitable for action photography.

I asked this question a few eeks ago and got several replies from VERY
satisfied users. I intend to get one myself.
If you go to PhotoSIG and look there you'll find not only reviews but also
portfolios of images shot with one. Looks good.
