In my opinion - Ilford's quality is poor; Jessops seem to do quite well
but I've not tried getting them to push a film, I now use a local
independant who do their own B&W D&P.

I know this was not your question, but I'd be inclined to get a tank and
do it myself. Nothing leaves your hands, you choose the developer and
its dilution for the push you want, you control the temperature, you
know it's been properly fixed. Practise on a couple of dead rolls first.
You could say you're swapping one set of risks for another; you might
get it wrong, but at least you *care* about trying to get it right.
