Praise where it is due.

I'm not one for praise, but I think some is due here.

I discovered the hard way last Friday morning that the sensor on my D70s
was covered in spots - muck, not just dust. I suspect that the last time
I blew the dust out my CO2 gun sputtered and it went on the sensor.

I went on the Nikon web site and found the H. Lehmann in Stoke are a
Nikon repair centre. I called them, explained my situation (off on hols
shortly) and they said send it in.

I posted it Friday afternoon Special Delivery and it will be back with
me tomorrow morning - all for £30+VAT.

Now that's what I call service!

Handy to know.  I only live a couple of miles away from them and have a
Nikon. :-)
