I use Photoshop CS and am considering using dual monitors.
I am NOT technical minded.
What cables do I need?
Will the graphics card support dual monitor?
Do I need extra software?
Do I need other hardware?

Thanks.

The simple answer is that if the card has two RGB sockets then it will
support two monitors and you don't need anything else. Otherwise you need a
second card. I tried it with PS7 on Win98, with a second graphics card, and
it was a breeze to set up. If you go the second card route, make sure there
are XP drivers for the second card. That's why I can't do it in XP; my old
graphics card is TOO old and XP won't run it.
Dual monitors are very handy if you do a lot of PS work. You just stretch
out the window, put all your tools on one side and have a nice big picture
on the other.  It's great.
