Hi all
Next week I want to take some pictures of trees in their autumn colours .
I had thought of the arboretum near to Bristol, but I have been told that
its 1/2 term week so it will be crowded.  Can someone suggest a location
(within 20 miles of Bristol ) with trees in their Autumn colours

Thanks in advance

It's a bit further (about 30 miles), but I'd suggest the Forest of Dean.
However, I think it's a bit early to get the best colours. The Forestry
Commission have a Web page where they give the current status at

...today it says the colours are 'going yellow'.

Hope that helps.

Peter

Thanks Peter

I had not thought of the Forest of Dean.      May be a possibility.
Kind Regards
