As I'm sure you're all aware by now, Boots is offering a 10% discount on
all purchases above £40 in value FOR TODAY ONLY. In addition to this, if
you have a Boots Advantage card, they are also offering the usual 4
advantage card points for every pound spent, worth 4p in the pound
against any future Boots instore purchases.

As if that's not enough, there is also a set of discount codes currently
available which can be used on top of this promotion to reduce the price
further.

(with all codes listed below, remember to remove the "*" characters
before use as they are only used here for emphasis)

The most useful of these codes, *MUPV66* & *MPDJ98*, both offer an
additional 10% off for purchases above £50 in value. If these codes are
valid, the additional discount will be applied at the checkout by typing
either of these codes into the promotional codes box. The combination of
the website one-day-only discount with either one of these discount
codes is equivalent to obtaining 20% off.

For purchases of between £10 and £50 in value discount code *DAMA88*,
which gives you £5 off, is likely to be more worthwhile.

Alternatively, if you have an advantage card and prefer to collect
loyalty points, for purchases of between £25 and £50 in value you can
use discount code *KIDW56* which gives you 500 extra advantage card
points (worth £5 towards a future Boots instore purchase) and for
purchases of less than £25 in value you can use discount code *SEVN46*
which gives you 200 extra advantage card points (worth £2 towards a
future Boots instore purchase).

As usual, I've taken this opportunity to have a scout around their site
and identify a large number of consumer technology bargains that can be
had using the available discounts and codes and taking into account the
Advantage Card points on offer. However, in many cases stocks are very
limited.

One very interesting thing to note is that, this time around, Boots have
completely withdrawn their iPod range prior to activating the discount
code. Very sneaky, if you ask me. Still...there's plenty of other decent
bargains to be had.

listed below. In the details below, the "cash price" is that price
obtained using both the automatic one-day-only 10% discount and the
