I am entering a competition that stipulates two major conditions as to the
condition of the submitted prints- firstly that they be somewhere between
16x12" and 40x30", and secondly that they be submitted in clear protective
sleeves. I don't have a problem with the print sizes, except I cannot find
clear protective sleeves in those sizes- in fact the biggest I can find is
12x8". Does anyone know of a supplier- either online or in the West
Midlands?

Your best bet is probably an artists' suppliers. If there's one near you,
this might be a god start - my local one stocks far more than is available
online.
