Kodack C713 Picture 1/2 blurry other in focus?

All,

I have a C713.  And every picture I take has one 1/2 blurry and the
other is perfect.

Why is this?  I have never seen anything like this in my life.
Usually the whole picutre is blurry.

And no the picture isn't an action?  lol

I think there is something not set right, but I don't know what that
is?

Any help would be appreciated.

Half perfect and half bad with a definite cutoff, or more gradual?
If the lens weren't parallel to the sensor I'd expect it to be gradual.
I don't know how hard you'd have to thump a camera to knock the sensor loose.
