Could someone please tell me how to get better action shots on this camera.
I've tinkered with the settings, but the shots haven't improved.  I've lost
the manual, but even when I had it I tried to get better action shots but
couldn't.  Someone must be familiar with this camera and have better luck
and knowledge than me.  Please can someone give me some direction.  The
action shots I mostly want to take are kids at a soccer game or cheerleaders
in action.

Thanks in advance for some advice.
