Any chance of using a Nikon 5700 to get some pics of the bats around
here? I can only get to see them in flight, and I suspect it's a really
tricky subject. Any tips? If the digi cam is a none starter how about
with a fairly basic film SLR (Nikon 501)? Thanks.

The best collection of bat photos in flight has been made by Merlin Tuttle of
Bat Conservation International in Texas. Perhaps there are articles somewhere
on his techniques.
