Hello Folks,
I'd like to invite you to my new web site of natural history
photography.
It has over 200 photos of natural landscapes, plants, critters and
people taken from 1972 to 1990, freshly scanned from Kodachrome 35mm
slides. More is to come, around 1990 I switched to very fast film for
night time and portraiture and even pictures in caves.
Locations include Yosemite National Park, the high Sierra and east side
Sierra, Baja California, California deserts in Anza-Borrego and Death
Valley, the Trinity Alps, the Redwoods, Northwestern California beaches,
Lassen Volcanic National Park, Lava Beds National Monument, and the
Cascades of Washington.
Please feel free to share this announcement with friends interested in
natural history photography.
Hope you like it!
Best wishes,
Dwain Goforth

Some really nice work on the site.
One thing though- your link to "People and Critters" led to some landscape and
plant shots- no people or citters in sight......

I know, the people in these pictures are far in the distance, they are
for human scale on the landscape. The sunset reflection on the lake has
a fisherman in the reflection. The show/glacier scene has five people in
the far distance. I'm working on model releases for portraiture and
photos where the face can be recognized. I did add one new one since
yesterday. More will come.
You did see the photos of bees, butterflies, deer, elk, raccoon, bear,
marmot, bicyclers, and tents, didn't you? (Or is the link really out of
sync?)
Anyway, thanks for your visit and interest!
