I boated up in the North Channel last summer and spent some time doing the
drive you describe. I think that the Canadian park system is pristine in
that area -- I enjoyed it. Lot of plants and a chance to spot wildlife.
Also, bears roaming freely -- go to where the garbage dumps are. My personal
preference is the rivers and marina areas. In that part of Canada, the rocks
along the waterways are very colorful.
