I am about to do a bit of air travel and need a rolling bag/case for my gear.
I have one hasselblad body, 2 backs, 3 lenses, one light meter and a load of film.

I am considering the Lowepro Mini Roller or Pro Roller 1.

Anyone out there have this bag? Any comments?

A while ago I bought the Delsey Pro Trolley 52, which is similar in size
to the Lowepro Roller 1, IATA-norm size. (btw: your kit will fit into
the mini size) I Really like the Delsey and it looks better than the
Lowepro. It's a bit less expensive, and arguably looks a bit less
sturdy. (But it offers very good protection in my experience, in has
already proven to be rain- and snow-proof.) It has a nice small "office"
compartment for pens, paper, adress-book, mobile phone, business-cards,
etc etc.

My Delsey holds: 2 rollei 6000 bodies with back attached, extra film
back, polaback, 4 lenses (50/80/120/250mm), prism, charger, extension
tubes, misc small items, and film... (case now weighs about 16Kg in
total)

Tamrac also makes similar cases. I wouldn't have known about the Delsey
if it hadn't been a special offer in a mailing of a Dutch pro camera
store... I paid something like 109 or 119 euros excl. vat. for it, which
I think is excellent value.
