I usually shoot Ilford 120/220.  I would like to find a good lab in the US.
I live in Portland, OR but I don't mind sending out if the quality is good.
I am new to medium format so I have a lot of questions. Here is one of
them: Is there anything that is the equivalent of a "photo cd" for 120/220?

I would love to get my pics back with a proof sheet and also scanned
to CD. I am guessing that it might be the least expensive to get
everything scanned at low res (72 dpi for web) and then have
individual re-scans done at higher res for printing.

Any ideas? I would like to pick a lab that can do everything for me
in one stop including printing to photo paper OR by digital printer.

Thanks in advance!

I'm going the recommend the lab I always recommend for B&W, and that's dr5
(www.dr5.com).  The lab specializes in positives, but they will do negs as
well.  They are priced for professionals however.

The lab looks awesome. What a great processing technique.
Thanks for the info.

Take a look at A&I in Hollywood. They have a web site and sell
prepaid mailers for around $6 for 120. You use two mailers for 220.
B&H photo also sells their mailers.

Try Duggal in NYC.  www.duggal.com  They do 120 processing/scanning/contact
for $31 per roll.  Not sure if they do it by mail, though, although it's a
big operation...
