Nothing on the Rollei site.
But this is hardly that surprising.

There has been some discussion of this on the Rollei
mailing list. The archives are at:

I don't think Rollei has been a healthy company for a
very long time. The current re-organization seems mostly
about who will administer the trade marks.

It's true. From the local newspaper (Braunschweiger Zeitung):
<https://www.newsclick.de/index.jsp/menuid/2048/artid/11044788>
The process has been rumbling on since February. At the date of
publication (1st October) of the article, no investor had been found
who was prepared to take on the company, and of the 131 employees
(payroll in March) 20 were still employed.

When will people begin to understand that it is not Rollei, but a small
company called Franke & Heidecke (after the original company) that is in
deep sh.t ever since it took over from Rollei where Rollei didn't want to
bother anymore?
Rollei is another entity entirely. Nowadays, it is not as much as company as
a brand, owned by people who use it to license it to whoever pays enough.
