If this information on the Sonycenter.lu website is correct the Sony
Cybershot W200 will be the top model of the Sony Cybershot W-
series.... its featutes include 12 Megapixel image sensor, 3x optical
zoom lens, Super Steady Shot, Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar..

You know that 12 Mega pixel beat medium format. if you have a bad scanner.

A full frame 35mm format digital camera with a good lens might. Not a
piece of miniature trash like the OP was suggesting, though.
