As in, RZ67 heavy, capable. Let me give you some more info: I have
$100 worth of gift cards to B&H. I have an RZ67 and a bogen manfrotto
tripod with a pan tilt head with _no_ quick release. In short, I want
to buy, from B&H, a qr system (clamp and plate) that will be able to
support a heavy medium format camera.
Please offer some suggestions meeting this criteria.
Thanks for your time.

Either version of the Linhof Quickfix or the Novoflex Q=Base easily
support systems heavier then yours.

You should look at the Arca system, also supported by Kirk and Really
Right Stuff.

I use the Arca-Swiss QR system. I have plates and clamps from a mix of Arca
themselves, RRS, Novoflex, Wimberley and Kirk. This system supports 35mm
bodies with up to a 15kg lens, MF, or LF up to 10x8 all with absolutely no
trouble for me. It'll certainly manage an RZ.
Kirk and RRS, and maybe others, make RB/RZ specific plates that will give
you a very nice solid fit.
