I need someone to rip the heart out of the spammer who is asking for
donations for heart surgery! If I provide his home address, will a Very Kind
person accommodate my request to remove his heart?

How about his testes?

Do you really think jerks like that have hearts? And no one in their
right mind would touch someone with balls that big. For an Ear I would
need a "Van" to Gogh there.
