hasselblad 503 CW

I have a `blad 503cw and a Metz 45ct-5 can I use these to-gether, using a S C A 390 adaptor

 I doubt it. IIRC the 45-ct5 needs 500 series connectors not 300/3000 types.

No.
The 45 CT-5 is a SCA 500 flash unit, and needs a SCA 590 adapter.

SCA 500 units are rare, few were ever made (i know only two: this one and
the Metz 60 CT-2), and the SCA 500 system has been 'dead', abandoned for a
long time now already.
