10,000 Euros or $12,000 + US dollars, estimated ... here's an article
on a pre-production model ... the rumor is they keep having problems
getting it ready for production though ...

Here's another article which compares 4x5" b/w fine grained film to a
4x5" Better Light scanning back to a Canon 16 Mpixel 1Ds Mark II ... I
was really surprised at the test images ... this is why Mamiya needs to
get the ZD right or not bother ...

We should first start guessing when the 'announcements'-phase will end, and
production and delivery will start.
This thing 'looks interesting' for some years now.
With the market being what it is, any indication/guess of what it would cost
now will say very little about what it will cost when, no, if it finally
arrives in shops.

It was only pre-announced a year or so ago, but this shows the problems
companies face when announcing 'catch-up' designs and then slipping
further (the Pentax 645 digital is another case in point) ... a year
ago 22 Mpixels for $12,000 was a great deal since Phase One was selling
a 22 Mpixel medium format back for $30,000 and a 16 Mpixel back for
$17,000 ... but Phase One has announced new versions available this
fall, 39 Mpixels for $30,000 and 31 Mpixels for $17,000 (plus a couple
of others that are smaller at lower prices but I don't remember the
details).
Suddenly 22 Mpixels for $12,000 doesn't look as appealing as it did
when first announced. And if they keep on missing schedules will
anyone really care when they finally bring it out, unless they cave in
on the price?

A clean 22MP image is MORE than enough for almost any use. Even 5-10 year
from now it will still be enough. At some point the MORE MP crazyness will
stop.

The MP-per-$ 'crazyness' will not.

Well, I agree there. Seems like the right product at the right time. IF they
put it out. I'd be interested.
