Hi, I'm looking for technica data of Hasselblad 500 CM. I've the
opportunity to exchange my Rolleiflex 3.5T + many accessories with a
500 CM  + 80 mm. Whta about this idea?

Thans all

Gains- SLR viewing, interchangeable lenses,a fraction of a stop max aperture
and a slight F/L increase on the standard lens.

Losses- Mirror-free operation, and hence increase in noise & vibration in
each shot.

I'd keep the Rollei, but I wouldn't pass up on the 500CM idea either.

? For tripod work, the 500c* has exactly the same quiet, vibration-free
shutter action as the Rollei. I don't know a single 'blad user who does not
use the prefire option for tripod work.

Okay, fair enough, the option is there. I'd still keep the Rollei, though.

Let us know what technical data you are looking for (list?), and we can
provide the details right here.

How about keeping the Rolleiflex and getting a 500 C/M as well?
They're both quite different machines, both excellent.

I'm interested both on technical data and pictures about how to use it
(mount the film, remove lens, etc.)
Thanks

Ah... A complete manual.
In that case, have a look at
http://www.hasselbladinfo.com/seiten/downloads.htm

Ernst Wildi's book, "The Hasselblad manual", gives a complete 'course' in
what there is in the Hasselblad system and how to use it.
And more information than the actual user manuals contain.
This book is currently available in a 6th edition, and all previous editions
were completely revised to reflect the 'status quo' at the time of going to
print.
The current edition has a large part devoted to the H1, and is less
informative about earlier equipment. A good starter would be the 3rd
edition.
Maybe you can find one used. Or find it through a library ((almost) any
library will be able to get a book they do not have from another library
that does).

Well, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Many Thanks!

And if you want an earlier one, you might go back to the response made when
you first posted: http://elearning.winona.edu/jjs/h/  The load is a bit
faster, too.

This version is better for some reasons (better pictures for details)
but the other one is more easily printable. I'll keep both them.
Thanks all

If you aren't going to buy other focal length lenses, keep the rollei.

That's the best advice - except perhaps to buy _another_ Rollei!
