I know you can push black and white film two stops, but what about color?
I rated this at 640 and told the lab to push it two stops.
The results are due next Thursday, but I was wondering if the shots will
come out grainy, or what should I expect?

grainyness and some darker tones are on the way.
I suggest to not underexpose this kind of film, better, I think i get no
satisfacting results at all with severe pushing like yours.
Better if you slightly OVERespose than underexpose, at least.
But OTHO you can have more details and luminance if you can Overexpose
by 1/3-1/2 stop on portraits and 1/2 stop in very green landscapes.
IMHO

A bit noisy/grainy and contrasty, I'd expect.
For a 2 stop push, an EI of ISO 400 - 500 would probably be more appropriate as
this film is typically overexposed by 1/2 - 2/3 stops in any case.
Cheers,

I second Stefano's remarks. Might also see some slight color shift as well.
Depends on the processor. You could use UC400, but the colors are over the
top for my tastes. Portra 800 is also a good choice.

YMMV...
The Portra films are supposed to give acceptable results plus or minus two
stops. IMHO, they tolerate overexposure better than under exposure.
Shadow areas will probably be grainy. If portraits, they will probably have
a "Halloween" look. Again, Your Mileage May Vary...
You are aware that Portra is available in 400 and 800 speed, right?

You can't push film at all. Your images are ruined.
