Hi everyone!

Has anyone had any dealings with Micro-Tools Europe? I have ordered online
some stuff a week ago for repairing one of my large format cameras, but
nothing has been charged from my credit card and they don't answer any
emails asking about when they are going to send the items.

Have you tried contacting the USA home office about this
problem?

Yes, I finally got hold of them over the telephone, the items were sent when
they were supposed to be. Still didn't get e-mail though, guess they're too
busy.

Too busy to answer e-mail to me means too busy to stay in
business. I've met the people at Microtools at local trade
shows. They seemed to be quite competent and friendly but I
think there is a tendency for all businesses to do things on
the cheap without always understanding just how compromising
that can be.
