A 150 is kinda semi-wide ain't  it?  Why use a 210?

150 is approx a 50mm on 35mm, so its more "normal" actually my vision is wider.
Anyway a 210 can be used to narrow, to your subject...like a telephoto, the question could be
why use a Zoom lens or a telephoto? Just matter of taste and a way to get closer to the subject.

gone he offered no compliant. He summoned up a vision and made himself a saint.

152mm is "normal" for a 4x5.  A 210mm is 1.4X or 1.4 power or about
50mm on a 35mm camera.

It has its advantages being slightly telephoto which is sometimes used
in landscape.

I think you meant to say it's about 70mm on a 35mm camera (remember, it's the
diagonal of the 24x36 format).

We are receiving alerts about a worm that is spreading around the Internet
contained in a .zip archive file. What is surprising to security analysts
is that this worm is spreading at all since it cannot execute without user
intervention. Security analysts believe the rapid spread indicates that
recipients are still opening email attachments even after they have been
warned many times that it is unsafe to do so.

Sorry I mean 50mm.  I use the ideal diagonal or 24x30mm to determine
"normal when comparing it to a 4x5.  Please remember that normal is
also the relationship between forground and background.

A 90 is wide, why use a 150?   ;^ )

Use the lens that captures what you "see".  Lacking that, use the lens you
have.

About 2 weeks ago I checked my last year's notes and I used a 150 about 70
percent of the time, a 210 about 25 percent of the time and a 90 about 5
percent of the time.  Of the images I decide to print the ratio is
approximately the same.
