I have had it with Color Mark in Phoenix. This time they lost my slide.
Big No-No! And to top it off the print they made from it looks like my
mom did it on her cheap ink-jet. In the past these incompetents have
scratched my slides and lost my order and other things.
I kept going back to them because there really are very few labs for a
city this size and I only visit here a month at a time for shoots. I made
a mistake and next time will take the drive to LA. It will be worth it.
They offered no compensation and looked at me like a bunch of dumb cows
when I was talking with them. Then they manhandle my prints and got
finger prints all over them.
These people are not pros and the next person from this group that tells
me they are is going to rot in hell. Oh yeah I forgot, Phoenix is hell.
If you are in Phoenix or plan on it do yourself a favor and avoid this
place and do all your serious lab work out of town. If you are really
smart you will avoid the Phoenix area entirely.

I don't mean to be rude, but the issue is with your client software or
user and not the server. The headers are rather clear on that.

Have you ever tried Tempe Camera in Tempe. I had pretty good luck with
them.

Use to go to them until one of the clerks picked up one of our slides by
grabbing it in the middle and putting her thumb print on one side and
index finger on the other.
I swear, I can't belive it is just our bad luck in this valley. The whole
place seems cursed. Not just photo labs. Not that I am the metaphysical
type but geez peoples standards here are low and so are the salaries.
The good thing is I get to leave soon and will be gone for a very long
time.
