I want to try out some 120 format BW photography with Tri-X 400. B&H Photo
has the choice between Tri-X Pan Professional film(ISO-320) for $3.18
or Tri-X (ISO-400) for $2.95.
I'm new to the BW scene and wanted to know what are the main differences in
these two films besides the speed rating. I'll be developing this film too.
Also what is a good developer to use?
Thanks for the help.

All other things being equal; I would opt for the TXP. Storage conditions
and quality are supposed to be better for Pro stocks. Be sure to read the
paper chit inside the box. The actual film speed may be different from
that stated on the box. Pro films are tested at the factory and rated for
actual speeds.
