Snapfish discount mail order film processing lab is terrible.
Absolutely no customer service. I sent 2 rolls for triple
prints and received single prints instead. I recommend you
do not use this company. It is better to use a local
supermarket processor or local camera store that you are
knowledgable with.

I've been using them for well over a year with no screw ups at all. Did
you sign up first and use the preprinted labels, and their order form?

I agree that your better off using a local lab, but a supermarket?   Bottom
line is that for about $10 you can expect quality printing and good service.
For $5 a roll?  Something has got to give.
