Quality photofinishing in Niagara (Canada) region?

Hello all,

I'm new to the area and was wondering if anyone could recommend a
local photofinishing retailer.  I want quality results from both
film and digital with a wide variety of services.  Unfortunately,
I haven't been all too impressed with a couple of places I have
tried:

*The Camera Place*

Small, dated, and not very professional.  Service tends to take a
while.   Dropped off a half dozen rolls for develop only and
scanning; scans were high-res, but very dusty(!) and negs weren't
even sleeved when returned!  A couple of frames didn't line up
with their scanner so were cut off.

I asked for these two frames to be rescanned and the others to be
redone if possible.  I was told to talk to their digital guy
directly over the phone instead of them taking care of it (ever
heard of service?), which felt like pulling teeth to explain the
situation; I had walked into the store after all.  I received the
two frames corrected, the negs sleeved, but the original scans as
is.  There was a note on my order to their technician still
attached saying that I had "complained."

Prices were okay for the scans and developing, but they charged me
for the cds!  At least they came with an index of thumbnails.
Feels like I inconvenienced them to come in.

*Frederick's of Niagara*

Clean and bright environment.  Friendly staff.  Next day service
for a similar order.  However, the scans weren't as high-res, cost
more, and the cd came in a cheap paper sleeve without an index
print.  Negs were sleeved though.  Other services seem VERY
expensive - $1 for 3.5x5 proofs of an uncut roll, $5 for a low-res
scan from slide, $10 for high-res scan from slide (which is still
lower res than what I've got from Frontiers).

I'm not fond of going to Walmart or other supermarkets, and
Black's is a lot more expensive for SLOW service (7 days???
there's no way they have that much workload), but they have the
Fuji Frontier.  I checked out Bell Arte in Hamilton, they seem to
be pretty "with it," as well as Burlington Camera which does
slides in house.  But I'd rather not drive all the way there (I'm
in St. Catharines).  Any one have any recommendations (positive or
negative) for the Niagara region?

Thanks in advance,
thigmo

Sorry, but the Niagara region is a bit dead for finishing... it's worth
the drive to Bell Arte...
