What prog will put time and date of file onto JPG image?

Does anyone know of a program that will read the time and date off a JPG
file and put it on the image itself?
I do not want to print, but save the image as a JPG file.

File => Batch Conversion/Rename => Set Advanced Options => Add Overlay Text
=> Settings.
