WOW!  What a gorgeous shot!  I can't think of any other place that is
so rich in beauty, and where one can truly say it is God's Country.
Superb work Bret!

That depends on:-

a)  The existence or otherwise of a "God". Scientifically completely
unproven.  Sorry!

b)  whatever country you are talking about - they all have natural
beauty of their own.  To think that your own country is any better in
this regard is also complete nonsense.

Perhaps "can't think" has a bit to do with it.

Sorry to disappoint you but I have degrees hanging on my wall that
state otherwise.

There's many degrees of intelligence and thought.

Correct....and your asinine comment proves your level of intelligence
and thought.

Not disappointed at all.

Proves the old saying:-

Degrees do not equal common sense.

Especially if they are Photoshopped creations stating the recipient
graduated from the University of Tennessee.

Hey, are you knocking my Doctor of Divinity? ;-)

For the record, us Tennesseeans refer to Alabama as "God's Country."
That's because no one else would have it.

God made me an atheist. Who are you to question his wisdom?

"The existence or otherwise of a "God". Scientifically completely

I'm not going to debate you on religion, we're in the wrong group for
that.

"To think that your own country is any better in

When did I even suggest that?  I live nowhere near Bret.  Here in
Canada we have our own natural beauty as well.

Stop nitpicking!

Just trying to raise the level of this ng from "below garbage" to
"nitpicking"; that's all Ma'am!

Since when is voicing my opinion "below garbage"?  I didn't attack
you.  I gave Bret an honest opinion of how I feel about his pic.   If
that bothers you, simply pass it by or killfile me.

Err... did I say anything about your opinion?

I was commenting on the NG as a whole.

"I was commenting on the NG as a whole"

Now that's something I happen to agree with.........the ng has its
moments of being "below garbage".

When I clicked on this post and saw that it already had 14 replies I
stupidly thought that maybe my pic was interesting enough to warrant
getting those comments.  I should have known it was just some guys
snipng at Helen.

Ironic that you're the one ragging on the newsgroup when you're the
one doing the sniping.
