Greetings,
No, that is not a feature of that model camera. In fact, I do not
believe any of the general use Digitals, save for a few, will work that
way. Kodak offered a Web cam that could be removed and used as a still
camera and movie camera then reset to become a web cam. It was a low end
camera and in the price range of a web cam. Nice feature but that was
some time ago and it was discontinued a while ago (EZ200).
If I were interested in a web cam, I would consider one of the myriad of
them you can find at most computer stores. They are great for face to
face discussions etc. I believe there are several models with built in
Microsoft features.
Good Luck!

IF your camera can hook up to a TV and you can see what the viewfinder
sees................you can use a video capture card and use that camera as
a webcamera. It will show whatever you see in the viewfinder including any
settings.
I do this with my Sony P73 when I need to. Of course a camcorder will be
better with the video capture card. ;-)
