Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has timed how quickly (or slowly) the Minolta
A2 writes to an Hitachi 3K4 4Gb. microdrive.

I have done some testing using flash cards and would like to hear the
differences using flash cards or microdrives especially at the RAW setting.

Results of my tests using CF cards may be seen at:

Thanks,
Charles

Answered my question.

I Purchased an Hitachi microdrive and have results of the tests at:
http://e-followupmanager.com/memory/

I have been very pleased with the drive and it does not seem to
noticeably impact battery life.

With the 4GB microdrive, the A2 takes 335 photos at the RAW setting, 503
at the extra-fine setting and 991 at the fine setting.
